Meet the Pastor

Interim Lead Pastor

Rev. Dr. James Clubine retired in 2024 after 21 years on the ministry team at Central United Church, serving as the Minister of Worship and Pastoral Care. His pastoral work is guided by his dedication to the proclamation that is the good news of Jesus Christ. In addition to over 36 years of pastoral experience, James also established a practice in leadership development consulting, specializing in coaching and life leadership workshops. He holds masters degrees in Divinity, Theology and Religious Education and a Doctor of Theology degree. He is also an Alumnus of the Oxford Summer Programme in Theology.
