Agencies We Support:

Our Mission Ministry supports a wide range of local and global missions. Every month of the year, we strive to provide prayer, resources, and financial support to missionaries and mission projects that share the love of Christ and bring hope to communities in need.

 

January – Canadian Baptist Ministries (CBM) 

CBM works globally to bring hope and transformation through church-based community development. They empower local churches to respond to poverty, justice, and the needs of their communities, sharing the love of Christ in tangible ways. Read More

 

February – Yonge Street Mission’s WINTER WALK  

Yonge Street Mission’s Winter Walk is a community event that brings people together to support vulnerable neighbors during the coldest months of the year. By walking in solidarity, participants raise awareness and funds to help provide food, shelter, and care for those experiencing poverty and homelessness. Read More

 

March – Youth Unlimited

Youth Unlimited engages and equips young people to make positive choices, offering programs and mentoring to help them reach their full potential. This ministry focuses on empowering youth through faith, education, and community involvement. Read More

 

April – Faith Promise Appeal

The Faith Promise Appeal is a special initiative that encourages members to step out in faith, pledging financial support for local and global missions. It’s an opportunity to invest in transformative projects that spread the Gospel and uplift communities. Read More

 

May – Partners International

Partners International connects resources from the global church with local Christian leaders in under-resourced areas. They work to build sustainable ministries that spread the Gospel and address physical and spiritual needs in challenging environments. Read More

 

June – Markham Food Bank &  (360° Kids)

The Markham Food Bank, in partnership with 360° Kids, provides essential food supplies and support to individuals and families in need. 360° Kids focuses on helping at-risk youth and families, ensuring they have the resources and support necessary to thrive. Read More

 

July – Markham Food Bank

Continuing from June, this month’s focus remains on supporting the Markham Food Bank, which plays a vital role in combating hunger in the local community by providing food assistance to those in need. Read More

 

August – Child Evangelism Fellowship

Child Evangelism Fellowship is dedicated to reaching children with the Gospel. They offer Bible-centered programs and materials to help kids grow in their faith and knowledge of Jesus Christ, creating a foundation for a lifelong relationship with God. Read More

 

September – The Haddads, CBOQ missionaries to Lebanon

The Haddads are missionaries with the Canadian Baptists of Ontario and Quebec (CBOQ), serving in Lebanon. They focus on church development, leadership training, and community outreach, bringing hope and support to communities in the Middle East. Read More

 

October – Rise Support Centre

Rise Support Centre offers comprehensive care and counseling services to individuals dealing with mental health challenges. Their mission is to provide a safe space for healing and growth, guided by Christian principles and compassionate care. Read More

 

November – Bruno and Kathleen Soucy (Latin American Team Leaders)

Bruno and Kathleen Soucy lead efforts across Latin America, focusing on church planting, leadership development, and community transformation. Their mission is to empower local churches to become beacons of hope and change in their regions. Read More

 

December – CBM Hopeful Gifts, 360ºKids

CBM’s Hopeful Gifts initiative provides opportunities to give meaningful gifts that make a difference, such as livestock, education, or clean water. These gifts are symbolic of the support offered to vulnerable communities through CBM’s global projects.

 360° Kids – Giving Tree
The Giving Tree program by 360° Kids is a holiday initiative that provides gifts and essential items to homeless and at-risk youth. This mission brings joy and support during the Christmas season, ensuring these young people feel valued and loved. Read More
